"5J's Jose Cuervo" was born on a Tennessee Walking Horse Ranch in Napa, California to well known walking horse trainer Bill Johnson.

From his birth in 1989, Jose was as stunning of a Black and White stud colt as you have ever seen. Everyone knew right away that "Jose" was something special !! From his solid black head and mane to his white tail, 4 white socks and the lightning bolts on his sides, Jose is truly a gorgeous stallion.

Raised and trained by Bill Johnson in Napa until he was 7 years old, we were able to acquire Jose and bring him to our home where he has been ever since..... and will be forever.

Jose's natural gaits, smooth ride, excellent confirmation, "Go Boy" lines and superior intelligence will make him the perfect sire for your next foal.
